Arisa Ōga is a young strain girl with the ability to control and manipulate fire. She's a special type of strain, and the strongest. She joins HOMRA in order to find out the truth of her missing mother but in turn, she gets herself mixed up in world affairs of the Red clan as well as the others. But she's determined to find the truth.
