I Chose Me

This is a true story about how I learned my value. I moved from a fragile, self-conscious girl to a much less fragile agendered adult with high achievements. I pushed away the constant bullies in my life, survived sexual abuse, and went from being "the kid who could do so much better" to "the kid who came so far."
