Kate has been cursed.
She used to be a normal girl until one day she stumbles upon a silver ring with a kind of green crystal on it.
When she puts the ring on she doesn't feel any different but that is soon to be changed.
Meg has a cursed daughter.
One day Kate comes home and tells her that they have to flee. Meg asks why and Kate tells her she has been cursed.
Percy is not so popular in his class.
After the "mystery" happened there has been rumors going around about Percy and it's not very good ones. Then one day Percy finds out that his sister is cursed and they have to flee.
