My Little Secrete

Bea Saunders is a 17 year old girl with a little secret, she has been living with depression most of her life. She is now in her last year of school and is struggling to cope with the depression, but what happens when Bea is diagnosed with cancer? She often thinks about ending it all, and now being told she may die from cancer, it kind of brings her peace, she isn't afraid of death. But her parents wont have it, they send her off to live with her Aunt in Adelaide so she can get treatment there, they can't afford to go with her, and her brother just started at a new school, they need to keep their jobs to pay for all the medical bills.
Why Bea is in Adelaide she has to spend a lot of time at the hospital, where she becomes close to a younger girl with the same illness, this girl is wise beyond her years and make Bea start to question whether or not she was afraid of dying, and whether or not she should just give up, the little girl starts to make Bea realize just how important life really is and that she shouldn't just throw it away, and with the help of her older brother, they help Bea find the happiness she has been craving her whole life, but will it be too late?
