Rule number three of being an Arbiter: Arbiters cannot feel emotion, for they are dummies. Kiko has heard this several times, and she planned on following the rule, but she cannot help what she does. Kiko is the youngest Arbiter to ever work, after all. She is doing fine with her judgements in the Sattleko, her bar of judgements, until a certain pair come along. Kiko is given the honor of giving the judgement of two who have committed great sin. But they walk in saying they are dead, and they shouldn't be here. He should be in Hell. Kiko must keep him until she can get a good judgement of them. But, horrible things happen, and Kiko struggles to make her decision. They both fight for her heart. But she must break one's heart. He has to go to Hell, but is he her Heaven? { This book is based off the anime 'Death Parade.' You will understand more if you watch the anime, but if you do not want to, then it is okay to continue reading. I do not own characters such as Nona and Decim, and several more, all regards to creators of Death Parade. } { Creds to @Song_Magic for the cover! Thanks, sis! } { Completed }
