Daniel Howell is a famous journalist who's gained a name for himself in the media - he's known for helping out with relationships and advice in the celebrity world, has his own radio talk show (which he hosts alongside his best friends, P.J and Chris) and not to mention the release of his first book - which just happens to coincide with his wedding day to Alyssa Steele, a famous diva of an actress who nobody expected to date, let alone marry, a nobody journalist like Dan. Much to Dan - and everyone else's - dismay, Alyssa is an absolute flake and runs the morning they're announcing the wedding date. With too much publicity on the line, Dan's publicist does the unthinkable - she arranges an entirely new relationship in a matter of days.. with none other than the infamous Phil Lester. Phil Lester, on the other hand, is the callous, unfiltered, snappish frontman of the massive band Retro Wreckage - an indie-pop band filtering out hit after hit after hit. Infamous for his extreme sexuality onstage, unhinged temper and fiery attitude, it's common knowledge that the vocalist has never settled down, let alone even considered marriage in his entire lifetime. To Dan's disgust, he soon discovers that he's expected to fake-marry Phil in order to help boost Phil's image (and CD sales) and to cover up his own messy almost-marriage - since who would want relationship advice from a man who can't even keep his own marriage from coming together in the first place, let alone falling apart? Nobody - that's who. Three months. That's all they have to keep up this ruse and make everyone believe that uptight, never-misses-an-opportunity, intelligent Dan Howell would /ever/ date an irresponsible, wild party animal of a slacker like Phil Lester. Between learning each other and playing up their relationship to the camera, they start to develop actual feelings for each other. Turns out, things aren't quite as fun as they seem..

  • when love find its way

Quinn Taylor has made a career out of looking calm. On the ice, she's America's favorite kind of pressure-proof-bright smile, steady answers, the skater everyone wants to root for. Off the ice, she's an only child with a perfectionist's brain and a habit of carrying too much alone. The cameras love her. The country expects her. And the one place she can't afford to fall apart is the one place she's dreamed of since she was little. The Olympics. Macklin Celebrini has always made things feel lighter. He was the new kid at a Northern California rink at twelve-Canadian, polite, a little lost-until Quinn decided he was hers to keep. He became her best friend in the cold air and early mornings, the person who could make her laugh mid-breakdown and never ask her to perform for him. Then life did what life does: seasons changed, schedules got brutal, distance widened, and the kind of friendship that felt unbreakable turned into occasional texts and quiet missing. Now they're both back where the world is loudest. At the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, Quinn is chasing the skate of her life for Team USA. Mack is carrying his own weight for Team Canada hockey. When reporters find out they grew up together, the story writes itself-childhood friends reunited, smiles caught on camera, a thousand strangers deciding what they are to each other. The only problem is... the strangers aren't entirely wrong. Between past chapters at a small California rink and present days in the Olympic Village, Quinn and Mack have to figure out what they really meant to each other then-and what they're allowed to be now, with medals on the line and the whole world watching. Because it's one thing to love someone quietly from a distance. It's another to have them show up in your life again and make everything feel possible.
