Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation. She had never thought she could be wrong about a person. And that she could always be wrong about boys... ✨✨✨ Sidenote: I wrote this from November 2010 to April 2011, only a year ahead from the time set in the novel. This was fully uploaded on Wattpad in September 2013 for safekeeping. I hadn't gotten back to it in so many years nor find any means and time to promote it. She had known him for 14 years, been in love with him for 4 years and dated him for 4 months. Everything about them has always been 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯. She was just the daughter of the dead butler and he was the billionaire heir. Love blooming in the forbidden lands doesn't survive easily, everything in the surrounding is poisonous, ambushing to crush it down.
