|𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐬 - 𝐈𝐈| 𝘏𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘢 𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 "Khwaab to tum ho hi. Haqikat mein badalne ka junoon hai." She had known him for 14 years, been in love with him for 4 years and dated him for 4 months. Everything about them has always been 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯. She was just the daughter of the dead butler and he was the billionaire heir. Love blooming in the forbidden lands doesn't survive easily, everything in the surrounding is poisonous, ambushing to crush it down. Especially when you fall for the 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒍 mistaking him for a gentleman, every door of escape shuts down, no matter how far you run. 𝗔𝗽𝗲𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵 wasn't new to the feeling of being unwanted and neglected. However, her patience wore thin when her mother started to push her to agree for a marriage she doesn't want, where she would be nothing but a 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍. In her desperate urge to break through all, she didn't realise she had just landed herself in a perfectly laid__ 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒑 ? There's always an unspoken rule; you don't poke the 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒍 by going after his woman. That's the sin his enemies committed and now they must bear the consequences. Nothing can stop him now. He had her once, lost her twice and now he wants her back. 𝗩𝘆𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶 had been a gentleman for far too long. Not anymore. This is not a happy, feel-good story. This is a story of heartbreak, of a person being utterly destroyed. However, it is also a story of true friendship and loyalty, of finding oneself, of unwavering love. It is a story of keeping promises, no matter how much it kills you to keep them. TW: mental illness, death, abuse, suicide, drug abuse, violence, assault, sexual assault This novel is told from the perspective of Alex - as she grows up with her best friend, Andy. It follows 15 years of friendship, in the format of monthly journal entries. Andy and Alex's teen angst evolves into harsh adult realities, but they always have each other. It shines a light on a lot of prevalent issues in society: addiction, stalking, assault, abuse, mental illness, and the ever-present grief of losing loved ones. Andy and Alex never get the timing right in their love for one another, and often drift apart as a result - but they can always find each other again.Concluida

For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation. She had never thought she could be wrong about a person. And that she could always be wrong about boys... ✨✨✨ Sidenote: I wrote this from November 2010 to April 2011, only a year ahead from the time set in the novel. This was fully uploaded on Wattpad in September 2013 for safekeeping. I hadn't gotten back to it in so many years nor find any means and time to promote it.
