Alaia is just about to turn 20 and feels like she needs to find out who she is and what her purpose is in this world. She moves to Long Beach to stay with old family friends and it's not long before she finds herself a best friend in both Reah and Cait, 2 girls who just so happen to like the same band as Lai does.

Along the way Alaia finds love with the bassist of her favourite band, Calum Hood. What happens when the bands management wants Calum to date another girl for publicity? Will Alaia and Calum's relationship last?
