Nia is a normal cat shapeshifter, but with huge problems weighing on her. Kill her aunt, or fight to change someone that is extremely evil, and probably can't be changed? She sides with her conscience, and gives her aunt a choice, but whether it's the right one, she will soon find out.
This time, her aunt doesn't just want to capture her. She wants Nia's twin sister, Ivy, as well. The urge for power is a strong force, one that takes over too many people.
Saber, Nia's connection mate, will do anything for the woman he loves, and her annoying twin sister. But, it gets them all in tricky situations, and huge danger. Who knows how they'll survive this set of problems.

The shattered connection between Nia and Saber is like a phantom limb still pulling at her whole being, and her mind is slipping. The only time she feels whole is in her dreams, where she relives memories of her and Saber. It makes her miss him even more, but she isn't going to do anything about it. Nia took Saber's memories, and isn't giving them back any time soon. She's too frightened of what might happen if her and Saber are together. She wants him to move on, even if it hurts her. Nia and Saber's friends won't stop fighting to try and knock down the walls around Nia's heart, and her realm. They have to reunite them, before it's too late. what if healing someone gave you their pain? and what if taking someone's pain meant you were permanently stuck with it? A wish was made, and the world was given these conditions after years of healers being constantly used. what happens to those in pain? what happens to those who wish to have no pain? In this world lived two sisters, May and Fea. May was always the more cold one distancing herself as a way to prevent pain, while Fea sparkles with a childlike joy wherever she goes (maybe because she's six). But Fea had never once had a moment of peace, vomiting blood, passing out, and that horrible uncontrollable shaking. It's becoming fatal. but after everything May has lost, her dreams, her time, her true love, she can't risk losing her sister too. but would helping her take her own life or just make both of them suffer? I was inspired to write this story off of a big event that happened in my life, I won't share to many details for privacy reasons, but for about a year I was very close with my stepsister, then some events occurred and I was never allowed to see her again. so, to pair with my love for dark fantasy, real world experiences, and desire to write, I give you To Heal Is To Hurt. enjoy!Complete

One thing never fails to brighten her day though, a strange green-eyed man. She decides to assign him to her personal guard, since she feels that she can trust him. She has this need to be near him, and that need brings things into her life that are both good and bad. 18 year old cat shapeshifter Saber is guarding the woman he loves, and she doesn't even recognize him. It's like a punch to the chest every time he sees her, and it's like she's looking through him. But, she did immediately assign him onto her personal guard, so she has to still have feelings for him, right? He tries to think positively, but it's hard. He never gives up though, not on her. Twin sister to Nia, Ivy is faring no better. Stress might as well be her middle name! Secrets are piling up around her and suffocating her, and she has a strong case of avoiding-my-boyfriend-itis. She's always researching in the library, trying to find a way to help her sister with memory problems. Dealing with that, as well as the pitying looks of her friends, piece of cake!....
