Side Story to The Twins, it's an alternate reality to The Throne. Read if you want, but I suggest you read The Twins first so it makes sense.

Nia is a normal cat shapeshifter, but with huge problems weighing on her. Kill her aunt, or fight to change someone that is extremely evil, and probably can't be changed? She sides with her conscience, and gives her aunt a choice, but whether it's the right one, she will soon find out.
This time, her aunt doesn't just want to capture her. She wants Nia's twin sister, Ivy, as well. The urge for power is a strong force, one that takes over too many people.
Saber, Nia's connection mate, will do anything for the woman he loves, and her annoying twin sister. But, it gets them all in tricky situations, and huge danger. Who knows how they'll survive this set of problems.

what if healing someone gave you their pain? and what if taking someone's pain meant you were permanently stuck with it? A wish was made, and the world was given these conditions after years of healers being constantly used. what happens to those in pain? what happens to those who wish to have no pain? In this world lived two sisters, May and Fea. May was always the more cold one distancing herself as a way to prevent pain, while Fea sparkles with a childlike joy wherever she goes (maybe because she's six). But Fea had never once had a moment of peace, vomiting blood, passing out, and that horrible uncontrollable shaking. It's becoming fatal. but after everything May has lost, her dreams, her time, her true love, she can't risk losing her sister too. but would helping her take her own life or just make both of them suffer? I was inspired to write this story off of a big event that happened in my life, I won't share to many details for privacy reasons, but for about a year I was very close with my stepsister, then some events occurred and I was never allowed to see her again. so, to pair with my love for dark fantasy, real world experiences, and desire to write, I give you To Heal Is To Hurt. enjoy!Concluida

"Alright then." I respond. "Let's go." We walk to the edge of the hill, about to run down, and we stop cold. Riding horseback through the village streets are warriors covered in black armor with dark green and black capes billowing behind them. The Dark Warriors. Warriors under the order of the evil Dark and Earth Queen that resides in the Dark Mountains to the north. "Nia, we need to go." Saber says softly, in shock. I nod in agreement and we run off, sprinting down the hill. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Antonia, or Nia, thinks that she's just a normal 17 year old cat shapeshifter with a normal life and normal parents. But when her best friend Saber, who she trusts with her life, tells her to start asking questions, Nia realizes her life isn't so mundane after all. Saber loves Nia, they've been best friends practically their whole nearly 18 years of existence. But, he wants to be more. He never says anything in fear of rejection. Who knows how she'll react? But, he will do anything to make sure she is safe, even travel across realm barriers with her to find answers, and much more. Ivory, or Ivy, is your typical 17 year old orphan. Moved homes a lot, moved schools a lot. Never really settled down anywhere, or had friends. She has always wanted to find someone that is related to her, but has had no luck. Zack does not know that Huro is also a prince and knows about his secret. He's the Prince of the United Kingdom of Cats, Wolves, Demons and Vampires, son of King Demonic and King Daniel. When Zack notices that Huro is acting suspicious on afternoon after sport, he follows Huro into a forest nearby the school. It's then that he finds out that Huro is a wolf cross vampire hybrid and that he is actually the heir to the throne like him. This gives him hope that everything will change, since he's known a little secret since he was 13. However, this is just the beginning of their story together. Throughout this story, they go through obstacles big and small. Together, they slowly begin to form feelings. Is it meant to be, or will it be the thing that ruins everyone.
