Ruby has always been blissfully normal - until a black robot the size of a decent house kidnaps her from university and demands to have her silver bracelet. Whisked off to a secret special forces base by a robot-rescuer, Ruby discovers that her inherited bracelet is actually an ancient relic from the planet Cybertron, and it's alien energy has fused with her life. Optimus activates the bracelet, and Ruby undergoes an astonishing change which just might save the universe....
This is part one of Ruby's story. It follows the events in Bay's 'Revenge of the Fallen.'

Held captive in the bowels of tech-company, KSI, Ruby learns of the terrible experiments being conducted there and vows to escape to save her friends, and maybe the world. Elsewhere, the government searches for Optimus Prime, having formed a dark alliance with the deadly Lockdown. But he has an agenda of his own, and this time, everything is different.
