The year is 20XX. The American government has fallen apart as the economy had shriveled. Conspiracy theories and the growing dissatisfaction continue to fester into intense outbreaks of movement, reformation, and organized terror. Many different groups pry their scaly hands for the seat of power. However, one succeeds and democracy takes a new shade. People do their best to adjust to the new restrictions and expanses of life. Unfortunately, we follow one that has fallen victim. An indifferent citizen stands by and watches as her old life is taken away. Yet she gains another chance at living at the cost of her indifference.

Behold, for the destroyer of worlds, Xam'ar of Xylanthia shall return." *************************** Somewhere among the billions stars in the universe, there existed a planet located in the Sirius Star System which orbited around a black dwarf star. It was called Xylanthia. Xylanthia was the home planet to extraterrestrials which were said to have visited earth and founded the ancient city of Atlantis. Earth was saved by a group of supernatural beings created from an ancient powerful gemstone called the bloodstone and they were called 'The Incipients'. They were granted the power to vanquish the Xylans but such power came at a price, an even bigger price than they were willing to pay which resulted in their demise. Thousands of years later, the prophecy was fulfilled and the new generations of Incipients set out to fulfill their destinies and save the world from the ruthless hands of Xam'ar. Along the way, the Incipients stumbled upon a secret that changed their lives forever. Would they save the world from the Xylans or is history bound to repeat itself?

Welcome to the future, written in the past. A mutant plague has rendered part of the population as zombie-like humanoids. They have a conscious mind though, but their craving for brains is a bit of an antisocial issue. Being mostly made up of impoverished individuals, it is not surprised that they got cured cheaply and lastly, despite being the main test subjects. Lochlyn is their representative. She just wanted an education beyond elementary school. A little luckier stricken part of the infected population evolved into reverents. Reverants have a feudal system over the zombies to "keep them in order". The luck may have had to do with them being upper-class when being treated. Basilica is their representative. At eighteen, she wanted body modifications, a job, and etc... as a rite of passage entering adulthood. At least that's what she was thinking. The more she was told no, the more she wondered what she could do. There are still uninfected humans left in the U.S.A. Most of them are middle-class. Katrina is their representative. She gained a family member, but lost two. She aches to find out why she can never return home again. The three eighteen-year-old females, along with their beaus, journey for truth, equality, justice, restoration, love, and freedom lead them to the same end: the capital. {COMPLETED} "now that you've had your fun electrocuting me, would you care to hop in the backseat?" ---------------------------------------------------------- Freak DNA. That's what I like to call it. The fault to my genetic code. More often than not, it's a curse. The static running through my blood gave me a name. A cruel, daunting label of a measly bug. A roach. That's what I am to them, to the government. Roach; the nameless monster with electricity for a sense and lightening as a second nature. It ruined my life, the sparking currents playing tag in my mind, running around and bumping into everything, shaking me loose. The government, actually. They ruined my life. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. And when we arrive, we will arrive violently. ___________________________________________ Started: 10.06.15 Finished: 3.17.16

If a citizen goes to jail for more than 15 years, the scientists would stimulate Ell, the equivalent to Hell. Lorian Hurando, director of the Afterlife Project, knows things about the system that few people know about.
