Rosie Clark hasn't really had a normal life, her mother was useless and she never really got along with her father. At the age of 9 Rosie was involved in an accident which caused her to go into care. Ever since she entered care Rosie has been losing herself to her darker side. 

After jumping from care home to care home Rosie finally ends up in Ashdene ridge which want to show her a friendly face and a kind attitude but that isn't Rosie anymore. She has grown cold to the world with a bitter attitude and walls to protect herself. Well that is until she starts a new high school and meets Matt Furnish. 

With a new home, a new family and a new boy on the scene how will Rosie be able to deal with her harsh life that she calls reality?
