A boy named Felix moved to Florida in an apartment since his fellow friends live their, he decided to then buy a home next to his neighbor named Cry, he's usually watching Felix as Felix himself realizes and in time he catches cry and they become friends until Cry shows him his powers and lets Felix earn his powers by magic.
