Tatriana, now the blind seer, disappeared and hadn't been seen for thousands of years. The earth was ravaged and not a single place escaped the destruction caused by the great war. Tatriana had not foreseen the destruction to this extent. But none could track her down to find out what would happen to their race. Year after year, their population dwindled until only a few were left. Those left went into hiding until all traces of them were gone entirely.

Many years had passed since the great war and the world was once again at peace. What would you do if your entire race was gone and you found out you were the only one left? Would you be able to live with it or would you crumble under the pressure?

COMPLETED story with a COMPLETED SEQUEL; "A Permanent Lineage" *40 chapters overall! '...She had dreamt of what his lips would feel and taste like for literally centuries and they didn't disappoint. The first touch of her lips on his was like a taste of water after years in the desert...' The war of the ring is over. Lady Arden of Ardor belongs to an ancient line of powerful half-breed Elves. Rumors hint at what their powers could possibly entail but no one knows for sure. Some say they are clairvoyant and others proclaim them to be shapeshifters. Many say both. One thing is for sure; all of Middle Earth fears them. But the war could not have been won without their aid and now the cursed line is asking for acceptance. No longer do they want to wander the forests endlessly, moving from kingdom to kingdom as permanent nomads. Now they call for a meeting between the fellowships' 5 bloodlines, requesting a permanent lineage and kingdom. There are just 2 problems that hinder lady Arden from finally receiving the honor her and her kin deserve. 1. The kingdom they wish to call theirs borders Mirkwood forest. 2. The king of Mirkwood is not so inclined on being neighbors with cursed creatures, especially their queen. Raised to look down upon anything not of full elvish form, Thranduil is enraged by the audacity of the creature and her people who have plagued his borders for centuries. However many do not know that the 2 were once inseparable. Long ago the 2 elvish races lived in peace until tragedy struck. Ever since then, Thranduil has hated Arden and her people with a passion. When it comes down to the last vote, it is none other than Thranduil who holds their future in his hands. Will he take advantage of Arden in the process of deciding? Will Arden finally be able to change his mind and in the end gain something more eternal than a legacy? Mairsinn had served as the commander of the Taghadairean for longer than she cared to remember, part of the sisterhood responsible for protecting the halls of the gods and training with the battle-slain who dwelled in Tallamarbh. She also decided which candidates passed the trials or died attempting to gain recognition as Comhairle warriors. She wasn't sure how many bhampairean she'd killed because they chose to step into the Proving Grounds, underprepared. She only knew that she was weary of it, and sometimes she needed to escape. Unfortunately, chasing an illicit, temporary release from her duties left her vulnerable, and at least one bhampair had a bone to pick with her. When a ghaisgeach attacks her, knocking her out and dragging her to a grim dungeon where several bhampairean are being held, Mairsinn needs to figure out what her captors want from their prisoners. What connects the captives? Will her jailers want to keep her or sell her to the highest bidder? Can she find a way to escape? And if she does, will her place as commander still wait for her? Meanwhile, Aodh, second-in-command of the Comhairle-Chlaidheamhan, had been tasked with persuading an unwilling noble to help the Council with legal matters. That wasn't work for a warrior, but leaving the task to Corvinus seemed... risky. Nonetheless, when Aodh's gift as a seer revealed that one of the Taghadairean had been abducted by someone wielding a Comhairle sword, his focus needed to shift. Making nice with a noble no longer seemed so important, not when the woman responsible for protecting the gods and assessing new ghaisgich had been abducted; stolen away from a supernatural establishment trading in angel blood, a place she should've had no reason to be. Worse, the visions of her just keep coming, making his gift even more intrusive than it had been before. But why? There was no love lost between him and the commander, yet he couldn't get her black eyes out of his mind. He needed to find her.

"Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive. Her life isn't the kind anyone would want to live but she's managed to survive this long so, what's a few more years?

"Wisteria Greenleaf at your service." I bowed at the halfling. He gulped, "I never knew an elf was to come to my home." "Neither did I." I whispered as I walked inside only to see a large group of dwarves sitting in the dining room. My teeth ground together as I saw the leader, Thorin Oakenshield. Wisteria is an elf but of a rare breed. She is the daughter of the king of Mirkwood yes, but she is more powerful than even him. Her mother gave to her the rare and precious gift of skin-changing before she died. Most of the time she is an elf, but when she changes, she is a lion, a wolf, and even a blue fire-breathing dragon. I don't own The Hobbit characters or the story plot itself. I only own Wisteria as a character.
