I have a brother, Franklin Mellark, and a best friend, Victor Hawthorne. I have an uncle, Gale Hawthorne, (Or I like to think of him that way.) and there's Haymitch Abernathy. He's not very important. Sometimes I wish my life was different. Both my brother and father aren't in the greatest of condition, but I should be grateful I don't have to go through what my mother and father did. Or do I? *I did not create these characters; that credit goes to Suzanne Collins. I only created the names of Rue (Kind of. I picked it.) and Franklin, and I created Lady, Jade, Victor, and any other characters I make up!*

This was my first story and it has lots and lots of spelling mistakes so read at your own risk. Katniss Everdeen is married to Peeta Melllark the love of her life and are back in district twelve. Coin kept the games and Prim is still dead. Mrs. Everdeen lives in katniss's old victor home and is a grandmother to twins. Diana Mellark and Finnick Mellark. Gale lives in district two with his own family. Haymitch is a grandfather because he married Katniss's mom after all they went through. Katniss and Peeta's kids are very different. Diana is like Katniss and has her skills with a bow and arrow and hunting. She has her father's talent with a sword, painting, and baking. Finnick on the other hand is like his aunt Prim and grandmother. He likes to take care of people. The story starts with Diana as a seventeen-year-old on the day of the reaping of the 99th hunger games. The Mellarks have a track record for being in love with their district partner. Will it happen again with one of their kids. Also Katniss, Peeta and Haymitch don't have to be mentors. I don't own the characters of the original hunger games.
