'Who's that?' I asked Peter as we pulled on our cleats making sure to lace them up tight.

'Her?' He pointed to the tan skinned brunette talking to coach.

'Yeah who is that?'

'That's coach's daughter, Melanie.'

I smirked and watched her closely.

'Don't even think about it Chuck, she's off limits. Coach will kill you.'

I purse my lips and watch as she walks towards us, her hips sashaying smoothly.

'Hey guys, you must be the upcoming freshman?'

She held her hand out to Peter first than for me.

'I'm Melanie McKinsey , your coach's daughter.'

Venus Williams had everything most could only dream of-a life of privilege, sophistication, and the kind of effortless success that came from never having to struggle. At Burbington High, she was untouchable, a student of high society, reigning supreme as Student President. Politics, manipulation, and control were her weapons, and she wielded them with precision. But there was one thing she had never known: the true depth of love or pleasure, and, perhaps more crucially, the harsh sting of pain. Her life was a perfect, curated world, until she found herself stuck in the most unlikely of places-a tight corner, humiliated and sneered at by none other than Frank Harris, the school's janitor. The encounter was unexpected, and frankly, beneath her. Venus wasn't used to being challenged, let alone being taken down a peg by someone like him. Frank Harris had seen the worst life had to offer. Born from the grittiest circumstances, he had learned early that good things never lasted, that hope was a fleeting thing. He had long since stopped believing in anything but his own resilience. Yet, he couldn't seem to avoid Venus. She was always there, in the most compromising of situations, and every time they crossed paths, they couldn't help but clash. Their exchanges were filled with biting sarcasm, insults, and a constant, unsaid tension. They bickered, they degraded each other, and still, they circled around one another, two forces that couldn't help but collide. Neither was willing to admit it, but something about the constant pull between them was undeniable. The question remained: How long would they keep circling? And when the inevitable finally happened, would they crash, or would something deeper, darker, rise between them-something neither of them was prepared to face? My fist clenched against the edge of the table when he pushed a hair strand behind her ear and leaned closer, what the fuck!! Why she is not pushing him away, why the fuck she is letting him be close to her. No!!! He is going to kiss her!!! Not at all. I had enough of this shit. Their lips were about to touch when I stood up from my seat and approached them. I pushed him before giving a hard punch on his jaw. " What the heck Shiv!!!!! " I heard her offensive voice from behind. I turned to look at her!! She went closer to him again " Zain, are you okay? " " Yeah , it wasn't that hard. " My blood boiled when she touched his jaw with her delicate hands. " Stop touching him!! " I pushed him again. " Why did you hurt him, what's wrong with you? " " What the heck is wrong with you, Sara?? What are you doing with him?? " She sighed before rolling her eyes " stop meddling!! " " I am not meddling!! " " Really?? " I stayed silent, noticing all the movements on her face!! " It's meddling Mr. Shivansh, you are no one to interrupt my good time with someone I love!! " Bold of her to use word love, as if I am going let her love someone else. " Love?? " I scoffed " I remember you saying you love me, just a week back "
