Seventeen-year-old Mila Summers is an 11th grader who transfered from Texas to the Californian Berverly Hills with her Mom, step-father Karl, 19-year-old brother Jacob and 7-year-old sister Savana.

They move into a gorgeous 7-bedroomed villa (A/N. yes, the Summers' family is rich) right next to a stunning beach. The Summers get invited to dinner by the Evans family, who are their neighbours.

And that's when Mila meets Riley Evans, the hot eighteen-year-old 11th grader who always catches the ladies' eyes. Riley, his twin-sister Erissa and their 8-year-old brother Zane shows Mila, Jacob and Savana around Beverly Hills.
