A/N I will not be adding a stutter for toby's tics, I don't want to disrespect anyone by doing that instead I will add (tic) in a box and you can interpret the tic from there :)) I will not be adding things like "she put her hair into a ponytail" or shit like that because I myself have short hair and I don't want anyone to feel unincluded while reading this. I don't own the you in the story. That'd be weird- and it's truth. So. Any side characters that I may add are most likely gonna be made up by me, so those characters I do own- I guess. He was a generally quiet boy around strangers, but was more than annoying and loud around people he knew. Though, he didn't know very many people other than the people he lived with.
