The Lost War

First story in the Twins of the Arrow series.

When the Gods plunge into a civil war amongst themselves, it must be solved. Two Olympians, Hephestus and Dionysus, along with Hestia, have been kidnapped. On top of that, Zeus' Bolt, Poseidon's Trident, and Hades' Crown have been stolen. At a meeting to discuss the issue of the missing gods, blame is thrown around. The arguments grow heated and the Olympians soon start choosing sides. Olympus is shut down causing Camp Half-Blood to worry. Apollo calls on two of his young children to discuss the war with him. Through his gift of prophecy, he finds that there is an even greater threat to world. Eliza and Sam are placed with the burden of finding the lost items so they can uncover the true criminals. They have to complete their task before the Summer Solstice in three weeks. It's a race against time as their team must find and return the stolen items to the gods. The journey is just a small chapter in the large story the twins are a part of.
