The city of Balefall is definitely one you won't forget. Sure, Rogues are half the world's population, but unlike the rest of the world, the Rogues in this huge city don't make an effort to hide their powers. In this city weakness isn't something that's tolerated and privacy is very valued. When it comes to strength and skills humans can be just as deadly and maniacal as Rogues despite their lack of ability in the supernatural category, making the sudden serial killer roaming the streets, harder to pin. Police are on the move and more persistent to catch the murderer after famous business man Aron Strain becomes a victim.
