Pretty self explanatory. This takes place after the Pacifist route in Undertale. Through determination, Frisk was able to bring back Chara, Asriel (Asriel is Flowey per say), and Gaster. I believe that Gaster is the father of Sans and Papyrus. I also don't believe that Chara is evil. The monsters are on the surface, and although they are amongst humans, most humans have accepted them.

The 8th human Frisk has completed the true pacifist route. There next reset they do another pacifist and but when they reach Asriel, he defeats her and resets the timeline. A mid-teen named Eric who has knowledge of all of this through unknown means. After Chara falls into the underground and dies and so does Asriel, Eric jumps into the underground to save all the humans but finds love on his journey. The main cast are all 16 for those wondering as I realized I never specified age.
