My MBA diaries

This is a short story of my current course that I am pursuing, i.e MBA. I had a year gap after my graduation and thus MBA was a chance to get back into the studying sphere.
I was not much of a talker and that kind of worked out well i guess, as i didn't have to contemplate participating in mindless conversations which generally happen.
But then the loneliness then started to dawn over me and slowly started opening up to people and found that some of them shared the same interests as i did, but since i didn't initiate conversations with many people our talking generally didn't go beyond the regular " Good morning" and " Good night".
The same thing carried on for most of the first semester and since it was all books and classes i couldn't find time to explore other options around me.
Come the second semester i made it a point to talk more to people and be a part of their conversations be it stupid or not. This brought the creative side of me into the limelight and i was generally consulted for any ideas or suggestions regarding any events or programs that were to be organized. Using my new found confidence i started to initiate conversations with people both via text and face to face and discovered that most people i considered to be haughty were totally opposite to it, i enjoyed my share of spotlight and enjoyed being the topic of word of mouth.
I nearly forgot that i was dealing with people who had attitude and truckloads of it. They were opportunistic as they were filled with attitude, taking my help only when wanted and leaving me in the lurch after, this happened four or five times until i decided to be opportunistic as well and turned a deaf ear to their requests and intelligently ignored them when I had to talk face to face. This may have irked them, but who cares they had it coming. Along with this there was also a fest and a personality development program in the time period and i thoroughly enjoyed both of them.
One more year remains in the MBA program.
