What if Ruby Rose, the girl who is known for her childish antics and love for cookies, was instead the heiress to the largest dust company in Remnant, the Rose Dust Company? And Weiss Schnee was the hyperactive replacement? Blake Belladonna would become the sister of Weiss and a party girl who can be more calm than Yang ever could. And Yang Xiao Long was the Faunus in disguise, trying to hide her past of the White Fang?

Some things that will stay the same include character's weapons, semblance, clothing, etc. Ruby will still become leader of team RWBY, Blake will still be a Faunus, but does not wear a bow 24/7 and was not in the White Fang. Team JNPR will remain the same.
Some differences include Yang having both Taiyang and Raven as parents and Ruby will have Summer, who is alive, and Qrow, her father in this AU.
Shippings in this include White Rose, Bumblebee, Arkos, Renora, and probably more.
Also sorry for all the things I make Ruby go through.
