After a scandal from Harry's (now ex) girlfriend, he is heartbroken, and ready to just take a break from his life. So one night, he decides to just take off for a bit. And where does he end up? That's right, Vegas. It's the perfect place to lift his spirits. There's girls, drinks, and gambling. I mean, what could go wrong? Well, Ill tell you what could go wrong. Harry could get terribly wasted, loose half his money, upset the press, and the next morning wake up next to a girl he vaguely remembers with a cheap ring on his left hand and a marriage certificate on the bedside table. But that would never actually happen, right? Wrong. This is the tale about a disfunctional couple with a freaky-weird past who are so similar that they drive themselves insane But wait, is it actually possible that they just might, just maybe, find love at the end of this?

READ "HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS," "CHRISTMAS IN JULY," AND "UNDERNEATH THE MISTLETOE" BEFORE YOU READ THIS Eleven months. That's how long it's been since Dan and Phil made the decision to give Ellie away to another family rather than adopt her themselves. During those eleven months, everything has fallen apart one after another. Phil is rarely ever home for an extended amount of time, leaving Dan depressed because of it. Along with that, both of them feel heavy regret about giving Ellie away. Not a day goes by where the few memories they made with her race through their minds, not a day goes by where those blonde curls and that bright smile don't haunt their memories, and not a day goes by where they both wish that they could go back in time and make things right. Needless to say, Dan and Phil's marriage is another thing that is in turmoil. Countless verbal fights, disagreements over insignificant things that turned into fights, and even one incident that one nearly struck the other have put quite a strain on their marriage, and every single day, divorce becomes even more imminent. After all, could you even call two people married if they haven't slept in the same bed, hugged, kissed, and even held hands in months? Then, one night, while Phil is yet again not home, Dan decides that he's had enough. Packing up his things and journeying into the London winter cold with the goal of never stopping traveling around until he finds Ellie in order to beg for forgiveness, even though he knows that neither he nor Phil deserve it, and get her back once and for all, the British native only takes a suitcase's worth of stuff and leaves everything else behind, even his wedding ring. However, as Dan is about to find out, sometimes the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

*** Ansel Adams, or Ance as those he knows tend to call him, is a bad man though he didn't consider that to be his fault. His father had been a bad man, his grandfather had been a bad man--hell as far as Ance knew he came from a long line of men were just a bitten rotten down at their core. Everyone that knew Ance knew he was a man who would never change, never give up his lifestyle, never settle down....Until Penelope Reynolds came sobbing into his life. Ance hadn't given much thought to offering this rich man protection as he took a load of stolen goods to market until he realized that the banging sound coming from the crate was a tiny little blond with pigtails, freckles and a bad leg. Suddenly he's struck with a choice. Save the girl and return her to her family or simply let life do what life does and chalk it up to bad luck for little Penelope--in the past the latter choice would have been easy, but not now. *** Audrey Reynolds had never been so afraid in her life. Her daughter has been stolen. Her daughter is all she has left in the world since the murder of her husband five years earlier. Desperate to find Penelope, Audrey enlists the help of U.S. Marshall Rodger York who also happens to be the man who's been trying to marry her since the day after her husband had been placed under the ground. They embark on a journey to find Penelope and Rodger has vowed to kill whoever took the girl away. But things go wrong and Audrey learns that the very man she went to for help might be the man responsible for every bad thing that's happened in the last five years...... Will Audrey find a way to survive but more importantly will she ever see her daughter alive again?

"Belle. I'm so sorry...," He said with sympathy. "Sure. Whatever," I managed before bursting into tears. He tried to hold me, to comfort me. I pulled away in disgust. "Leave me alone!," I shouted, "just leave me alone..." I would never forget this moment. How sad he looked, how mad I was. I had just made the biggest mistake, and there was no going back. Belle had a perfect life. The perfect boyfriend (Ben), the perfect friends (Libby), the perfect grades. She was a model, and everyone seemed to adore her. And then her boyfriend was no longer her boyfriend. Her friends no longer her friends, her grades falling apart. Belle must now put her life back together, but she can't find out where to start. Worst of all she finds out she isn't the "main character" anymore... she's a background setting stage for drama character. But if she isn't then who is going to take center stage of a world that seems like is coming close to it's end... (And yes the ending of the book is just random, because you never know when life will just end)... *_*_*_*_*_*I hope all of you enjoy my book! Stay with me, its a long ride. -2dayiFeelLikeWriting
