Two stories, brought together by twists, turns, and a mess of events. (Y/N), a kindly soul from Recoverytale, finds themselves assuming the role of hero, a role they never wanted. Although they are safe with Dream by their side, no one else is. And that simply isn't fair, is it? (N/N), a bold adventure seeker from Recoveryswap, is desperate to find the Nightmare they loved-desperate to save him from the Darkness. But of course, it's never easy to save someone that hardly wants to be saved. The two souls both long for it all to end peacefully. They both wish for their happy ending, but it'll take more than hopes and dreams to get it. Meanwhile, Nightmare is in a state of divided conflict. As he rebels against the Darkness, the Darkness fights back. Nightmare is just as desperate as (N/N)-if he doesn't stop himself, the Multiverse will be torn apart at his hands. Dream is trying desperately to both protect (Y/N) and save his brother. But there's no time to save both of them before the Multiverse collapses into chaos. As a war rages on between positivity and negativity, (Y/N) and (N/N) are forced to work together-but it's not only their lives at stake. It's the life of the Multiverse-and a fallen prince-that's on the line. And they're the only ones that can stop it. ---- (In order to understand anything that's going on, read Expiation and/or Divinity. Both can be found in my profile.) ---- [Dream and Nightmare belong to Jokublogs. The Sans' belong to their respective creators. I only own Recoveryswap and Recoverytale, and of course, this book series.] Book 3 of the Dreamtale TrilogyComplete

But my friend failed to mention: do not have a one night stand with your co-worker who apparently will become your boss for two weeks. So much, that the first thing all Gav'yxians see upon their birth, is the image of their future soulmate on the exact day and in the exact place they're destined to meet them. However, on a futuristic earth - now called Uniterra - the idea of finding one's soulmate is a belief held by very few. Especially when it comes to seventeen-year-old Lane Nishimura, a pessimistic student in the extremely competitive space training program at Unity High, struggling with keeping the secrets of his very mysterious and dark past, his mental health, self-esteem, and slew of trust issues caused by years of failed friendships, bullying, and sub-par romances that's left him all but giving up on the idea of there ever being someone out there destined for him. And then along comes Zuuro; a lovestruck alien from the planet Gav'yx, who's long dreamed of the day he'd finally meet Lane, and of getting what would surely be his happily ever after. However, as he soon discovers, finding romance with Lane is not as easy as he assumed. Because not only does Lane not know he and Zuuro are destined to be together, but due to almost losing everything in his last breakup, and to what he's sure is just another trick being played on him by his half-brother, Darin, he's extremely reluctant to open himself up and risk getting close to anyone again. Will Lane allow love to prevail, or will his mistrust and the secrets of his past doom them before it's even had a chance? Find out, in The Foreigner & The Pessimist, the first installment in the all new Soulmates series.Complete
