Lucy Heartly is the Water ninja who resides in New York, but when her dad gets a job transfer to her old home town Norrisvile where Nomicom tells her she will meet four ninjas who will help her find the Yang ninja, but sadly there is currently only one other ninja besides her and that's Fire ninja, the other two are yet to be awaken, so for now Lucy is stuck with Randy and isn't very pleased about it.
