The Urban Fallout Zone is a seemingly endless city locked in a constant power struggle between governments, super companies, and anarchy itself. In this world the borders of city states are grey areas, and the line between criminal organisation and government is a thin one. To make an unstable situation even more volatile, people in the Zone have began to develop superpowers.
Four teenagers with genetic mutation escape from an experimental facility, becoming the first members of a team of superheroes. Together they take on the persona of an urban legend: the superhero named Day. They face off against criminals with powerful genetic mutations, corrupt governments and companies, and maybe even dark magic; trying their best to keep a degree of order in the chaos.
The Urban Fallout Zone will be in episodic segments, like a TV show.

Stoke is Full of Mutants
In a world ravaged by nuclear war, our heroes grow up in a Tesco Extra known only as the Ark. Scavengers, these hideously brave young men and women search for food, supplies and artefacts. Their people rely on them as much as they fear them. The barren wastelands of Stoke are swarming with marauding slavers, flesh-eating cannibals and sick abominations too abhorrent to describe. Yes, it's fair to say Stoke was pretty much unchanged by the nuclear holocaust that decimated Britain. Starring a fantastical cast of characters of stunning originality and imagination: Gramslinger - badass mind reader; Flora - beautiful and deadly; Steve Rogers - no, not that one, he just has the same name as him; and Craig - he's a cat but he's all man; as well two not as good characters that aren't important right now. A tale as old as time that is set in the future but also is kind of just the present day. It's such a thrill-ride that none of it makes sense, but by gum you'll certainly agree that it is written semi-competently and doesn't infringe too blatantly on any copyrighted works, so it's actually quite good by Wattpad standards. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll maybe get slightly aroused at one point, and then once you've finished doing all that you'll sit down and read this story I wrote. Enjoy.Concluída

That's what I like to call it. The fault to my genetic code. More often than not, it's a curse. The static running through my blood gave me a name. A cruel, daunting label of a measly bug. A roach. That's what I am to them, to the government. Roach; the nameless monster with electricity for a sense and lightening as a second nature. It ruined my life, the sparking currents playing tag in my mind, running around and bumping into everything, shaking me loose. The government, actually. They ruined my life. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. The hero flinched at the action, still keeping his lips sealed. "I can be the only one capable of doing it.." "Your fucking crazy..." The hero sighed with a bit of fear hidden in his tone. The man smiled with the description, turning his head in the direction of Oxzy's ear, he spoke with a sweet voice. "I can make you go even crazier than me Ox..." ------- A hero and a villain in the same low-profile town, they battle. One protecting, one destroying. The town tries to break them apart, but instead... They grow closer. The hateful and spiteful relationship can only last for so long. So long until it becomes something that can be remotely called anything like love. Love that ends up revolving around trauma and the hindering of emotions. In a world where people can be born with a genetic mutation that gives them powers, surely you'd think everything would be like a comic book right? Well you'd be wrong. People born with this gene are called "Conduits", or Bio-terrorrists if your in the majority who hate them. Conduits are viewed as monsters who only bring evil to the world, and are captured by the "Department of Unified Protection" or "D.U.P" for short. The D.U.P takes these conduits to a prison known as Curden Cay Station and do God knows what to them. So you can imagine that finding out one day that you are one of these conduits would be an extremely bad situation to be in, and unfortunately for our freshly graduated main protagonist, he is about to find out just how dark this world can be. With the death of his lover at the hands of a conduit during their escape from the D.U.P, will our protagonist fall to his anger and seek vengeance for his lover's death? Or will he prevail and choose to be the better man in a world where the better people are at risk?

In the scorching desert, a young boy slowly opened his eyes, groggily taking in his surroundings. He was met with a sea of unfamiliar faces - teenagers, all around his age, scattered across the endless dunes. The blistering sun beat down on them, relentless in its ferocity. As the boy struggled to sit up, he noticed the mix of fear, desperation, and determination etched on the faces around him. Some were huddled in small groups, whispering among themselves, while others wandered aimlessly, searching for something - anything - that could help them survive. The boy's memories were hazy, but one thing was certain: they were trapped. There was no sign of civilization in sight, just an endless expanse of sand and rock. No buildings, no roads, no rescue in sight. Panic began to set in as the boy scrambled to his feet, joining the throngs of teenagers searching for answers. How did they get here? Why were they trapped? And, most pressing of all, how would they survive in this desolate wasteland?
