Ruby and Sapphire get into a fight after going to the watermelon village to have a conversation between Ruby and Sapphire but then get ambushed, knocking Ruby unconscious for weeks and force Sapphire to poof into her gem. Ruby becomes paranoid if Sapphire's hurt, even in her sleep. Will Ruby remember Sapphire when she wakes up?

One of the team's leader even wants her to join them, but why? Also, who is the ally who is most willing to help her? For Sapphire, she will face many foes, family, and friends, old and new, on her journey, pushing her past her limits for power. Can she do it?
