Rumor Has It *Nalu*

Lucy transferred to a new school after the death of both parents. Although depressed, she played it off and acted as if everything was alright. The first day, she noticed something strange about one of the students. He had pink hair and always wore a scale-like scarf. Everyone seemed to avoid him and talk about him. A girl, who seemed around Lucy's age, explained that it's been like this ever since some kid spread a rumor about him and that he doesn't seem to talk. Now, nobody has tried to talk to him or even approach him. Will Lucy change that and make a friend that might have gone through what she did, or will she back out because of the rumor?

*This is my first story so it's not going to be very good. I'm hoping it'll get better as it goes on.*
