Victoria has just moved back to Taylor High from a year in London with her brother Nick, she's back a new and improved version of herself. With old frenemies rearing their heads and bringing in the cavalry Victoria may just have to invite the old her back out to play. Other complications include Will, the dark, mysterious older brother of the captain of the football team and Victoria's neighbour and English partner. Being held back a year for unknown reasons Victoria finds him interesting in a way she hasn't ever before, his cocky, arrogant nature and hot and cold temper however could make her want to test the temperature with him even more.

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
