17 1/2 year old Gracie has liked her best friends brother for almost 13 years, but hasn't seen either her bestfriend nor her bestfriend's brother in 5 years. Gracie has been through many things in her lifetime and is going through  depression ever since 'the day.' Jade has been Gracie's friend since they were 4 years old! Aaron jade's brother and gracie start getting closer. One day on her 13th birthday, they were chilling and they got into a huge argument, she doesn't remember why but she remembers they did. He drove off in anger and crashed into a tree and flipped over 4 times, Gracie rushed to the hospital and felt as if the whole thing was her fault. She was so depressed that before he woke up she ran into her car and drove off, and made a pat to herself that she would never see him again no matter how much she missed him. She didn't want to be the cause of anymore of his pain, they lost contact for 5 years. What happens when Aaron appears at her work one day? Will he remember her? Will they speak?
