A twenty two year girl by the name of Dakota is awakened to a badly injured woman outside her door. As she goes outside to help her, a zombie is running her way. This only means one thing. The zombie apocalypse. But it seems to be only in Southern California so she and a new friend, Shane Dawson, have to make their way out of the state. Will they survive? Will they fall for each other?
