Twelve nights. Twelve schools. Twelve jerseys. Twelve rules. Twelve angry quarterbacks. One girl. Olive Bennington is the one and only Bowl Bandit. She gets caught sneaking out by her older brother twelve nights in a row and as her punishment, she has to steal the jerseys of the twelve quarterbacks playing in The Thunder Bowl on the nights leading up to the first game. Why? Because her brother is the creator of the event and he wants more publicity on it. With no choice but to do as her brother says, she finds that the first three schools are no problem at all until Northvale High. You see, quarterbacks talk and someone had warned Nothvale High's very own quarterback, Clayton Taylor about jerseys going missing. He wants to catch whoever is doing the stealing, so he sets a trap. Olive falls into the trap and luckily gets away with his jersey, but Clayton now has an advantage. He heard her voice. That might not seem like much to identify a person, but he finds her after a very awkward exchange at a grocery store. Olive of course runs away again, but now Clayton has seen her face. Olive worries that he will tell the rest of the players her real identity. She couldn't believe that he found her. She only spoke at most three words to him out of fear that he caught her. She was always super careful. She didn't even say anything mean to him either. All she said was: "Uh, Go Eagles!" Before running to her brother's car. As more days go by and more jerseys are stolen, Olive has more quarterbacks after her and she's realizing that maybe there's more to the game then guys running around in colorful jerseys. With The Thunder Bowl growing closer, it is almost time for her to reveal her true identity and to return the jerseys. Enter an annoying ex-boyfriend, jealous fangirls, and the lack of closet space to hide the jerseys and you've got enough drama to take up twelve football fields. Warning: Strong use of cursing and cliché moments.
