Natasha rested her head on her paws. This day could have gone better. She could feel the presence of Emrage fading now. The collar had been the primary device used to keep her under his power, specifically the gem in the center of it. She looked up, turning her head back. Clint was asleep now. She could see his form leaning against the wall near the entrance to the cave.

Rising to her feet, she padded over to him, sitting down, looking at his weary face, and wondered what had happened to him, while she was captive. They had been through a lot together. Countless adventures, some even more strange after they had joined the Avengers, but nothing like this. They had always been together on missions, to help each other figure out what it all meant. They both had something to offer the world, something more. He had been the one to help her when her life seemed useless, like a puppet, being forced to play her part, and that was all she was ever good for. Clint had his past and she had hers. Neither of them seemed worthy of the roles they played now. Or at least she didn't feel she was worthy. Clint had moved on since the events in New York, and his loss of control. He had grown since then, and managed to keep things together.

They were Hero's, for goodness sakes. How had they ever disserved that?

Ana Barton, was the most purest souls Thor had ever encountered. She was strong willed, smart, brave and compassionate. Though he had only known her a few days, during the battle with Loki, he found that she had completely entranced him. Ana didn't know who she was before Clint had found her and saved her. She idolised him, and followed in his footsteps, becoming an agent of SHIELD. Her life takes a complete turn, when she finds herself taken after the battle. ***** When he had returned to Midgard, Earth a few years later, with a reformed Loki, he finds that she had been missing and presumed dead almost as long as he had been gone. When the Avengers hit a Hydra base, to get back the scepter, they come across a room, where someone is bound, from the ceiling. Rescuing the fraile figure, they return to the jet victorious, only to find their rescue, is none other than Ana. She was barely conscious, and from clear signs, she was not there willingly. Taking her back to the tower, they try to help her, only to find that she has no memory of them, and now holding her own power. Thor wants nothing more than to destroy every single person who had hurt her, his need to protect her burning within him. The only comfort she finds is in his brother and the metal armed soldier, needing them both to protect her. ***** Being in a new place, surrounded by so many people, she felt overwhelmed, terrified that they would hurt her like the others. She feels her wrists are now free, and that power within her, was now accessible again. She looks to each of them, and feels a familiar pain in two of them, needing them to protect her. ⚠️ Trigger warning ⚠️ Will contain swearing, adult themes, torture, abuse, smut, violence and depression. I DO NOT OWN ANY RIGHTS TO MARVEL, THIS IS JUST A FANFIC MADE UP. Does have some of the MCU storielines, but not in order.

A young child is used to settle a debt. Many deemed her defective due to her inability to speak. But she didn't need to talk to get her job done. She trained diligently in hopes of seeing the world, even under the banner of corruption. She didn't care about any of the suffering she endured or caused. She was stronger than she appeared. But only a select few would know. The first person who showed her genuine kindness was a little girl with blue hair and shockingly green eyes. The two were separated not long after meeting, but the green-eyed girl left a distinctive impression. And the defective girl couldn't help but think about her when feeling particularly lonely. She thought of looking for her again after she could traverse the criminal underworld alone. But it was strange. Blue wasn't an ordinary hair color, and green eyes were surprisingly rare, too. She couldn't find her. But while she couldn't find the girl, those distinctions did ensure she never forgot her. That was at least comforting. Imagine her surprise when the world is thrust into chaos and a woman with the same eyes as that girl from her past catches her eye. She reminds her of that old missing comfort. The woman inspires her to use her training for good and to fight to protect the world alongside other heroes. This woman strikes such a deep impression that she can't help but think of her more often. What she doesn't know is that this particular woman feels the same. Avengers Fanfic GxG OC x Black Widow

Ever since she was little, Kate Carson's favorite thing to do was learn. And, after losing nearly everything and gaining a power she never wanted, she had to learn to adjust -- and she's still learning. The other Avengers have no scruples against forcing their way onto her list of loved ones, ready to help her get back to where she needs to be. Sadly, as hard they try, they can't, not fully. She needs something else, something she's too guilty to turn to. Bucky Barnes should be dead, and, according to most, he is. But Kate always refused to believe it -- and she's later proven right. He's working with Hydra against his will. But even when he escapes, everything he did for them weighs on him heavily, and he can't get rid of that burden. He feels he deserves it, anyway. When this pair cross paths and realize they're in the same boat, together, they might be able to get to the place they need to be. They might be able to finally live how they're supposed to. And, maybe, they'll find a type of love they never imagined. ~_~_~_~_~ She sits there, looking around at the toddlers she's supposed to be saving the world with - because Fury, in his great and stupid wisdom, decided to put Kate on that list. She told him no, he told her they might not even need it; she told him to take her off, that she was just a scientist, but he told her they'd need a top scientist in their corner; she told him no one on that list needed her, that they would be just fine without her, if not better, and he told her this was the best way she could use her powers if the need arose. Powers. Here, in the field, that's what they are, aren't they? That's what Coulson says. That's what Nat and Clint say. The one place they need destruction. But Kate doesn't want that. She never has. But she took her own choice away. And that infuriates her.

87 parts Complete Mature

*mature for violence An immortal with extraordinary powers never expected her life to unravel after an encounter with the Avengers. Having lived for centuries, she had seen it all-but nothing could prepare her for the disarray of living under the same roof as the Avengers. As chaos and conflict follow the team wherever they go, she finds herself reluctantly involved in their battles and struggles, caught between her own desire for peace and the constant whirlwind of heroism. But things take an unexpected turn when Loki, the God of Mischief, is brought into the fold, living under strict supervision at the Avengers' compound. Once their bitter enemy, now a prisoner and "rehabilitant" of sorts, Loki is as dangerous as he is charming. Despite her initial wariness, the immortal and Loki find themselves crossing paths more often than either would like. The tension between them, at first subtle and barely noticeable, quickly becomes a constant source of friction, and despite their differences, a begrudging respect begins to form. In a world that never seems to slow down, their evolving dynamic becomes one of the more unpredictable-and oddly comforting-elements of their new lives. But even as they learn to tolerate one another, they'll both have to confront what it means to trust again-and whether they can find a way to coexist without the world falling apart around them.
