Maddison is bullied at school but not just by one group of people or even one person oh no! She gets bullied by the whole school! All because of one group of people, The Sidemen!

Simon is in the sidemen. He's YouTube famous and everyone loves and pays attention to him and the sidemen. He's bullied Maddison since she started at their school but only he knows why.

These two people are completely different in many ways but the same in others. 

What will happen when they are forced together?

Will she ever trust him again?

And will he figure out her biggest secret?

I've noticed that a lot of the fanfic's about the sidemen are about depression/self harm or something along those lines. Don't get me wrong they're both bad and people who do/have either of them have my sympathy and nobody should ever have to go through any of that.

But if a story I see have a description or tag with either of them on I'll automatically click off it and find something to read with doesn't have it on. Simply because I just don't want to read about it. So I'm not really keen on writing about it simply because I haven't experienced it and I can only really write about something I know about or have experienced, don't want anyone to think that I'm trying to make fun of it or anything, I'm just pointing it out.

This story won't have a lot about it but it might just touch on the subject at some point but I really don't know yet because I'm just writing this story as I go along if I'm honest so write a comment of what you think will happen next at the end of a chapter.

I know that some of the events in this aren't in the right order in terms of when they actually happened but I think it'll make sense when it's all done anyway so nobody needs to point it out

In a world filled with superhumans, the powerless charlie cycle struggles to keep his life together. It only gets worse when on his way home hes pulled into a choke hold and shot. But instead of dying, his life was saved by the sentient living slime who holds a few.... secrets. When charlie finds out about said gooper, The slime gives the excuse that, they cant leave Charlie's body yet, since, he still isnt fully healed from the bullet wound. Being to tired to argue, he puts up with the slime for the next few months. In which time, the slime was able to convince him to go out for one night as a vigilante, just to try it :) unfortunately, that one night led to a run in with the most dangerous villains in the city, the syndicate. Causing him to get roped into the syndicates plan to take over the government. Although things only get worse when he finds out the syndicates number one target, is his childhood best friend jschlatt, who charlie lost contact with once he got into the presidency. Things only get worse and worse over time as he gets more and more involved with this anarchist scheme. Chaos ensues Along with....other, plots of revenge. "Almost Enough." takes place as Suguru is going through his mental spiral. He tried to leave Satoru and being a Jujutsu Sorcerer behind as a whole that summer when he realized all they were only needed for but Satoru didn't want him to because Satoru was clueless about this fact. So he convinced him to come back and stay and be a Jujutsu Sorcerer so they could be the strongest together. So now it's their third year at Tokyo Jujutsu High/Tech and Suguru hadn't gotten any better. He didn't try to make any progress once he got back. He would stay in his dorm, locked away from Satoru and their other friends while they were all training and getting better. So when their third school year finally started, he was still in shambles and he was considered "weak" and "less than" the rest of his friends. He didn't want this anyway, he wanted to leave and not come back. Yet he also wanted to make Satoru happy. So he stayed. This is the Wattpd public version of my fanfiction "Almost Enough." I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it. There are a lot of meanings in this story with some of the things written. If you can't pick up on it but want to feel a deeper connection with the story and the characters I highly recommend you look it up because that's how I got the meanings lmao PS. I love SatoSugu, I don't know why I did this to them. Being chased by the boy that wants to steal her heart....again. Being helped by her friends with one that secretly has a crush on her, knowing he has no chance. She is confused with where to go, who to talk to, and most importantly who she loves. And who to trust. For you imformation there will be swearing because they all swear except for sky since he has a baby now...but he wont in this because hes in 9th grade. As the story progresses, Jae's mental health deteriorates, and life as he knows it falls apart. The people who ultimately pick up the pieces of Jae's broken self and helps him put them back together turn out to be people Jae never expected to stand up for him. Life turns out to be pretty alright. But, things are never what they seem. And for Jake, Jae's best friend, life is especially brutal. ***sad ending*** I do not condone violence or homophobia of any kind, nor am I intending on romanticizing them. This is a work of fiction, but it also serves to show how important mental health truly is. I am a big believer that the mind requires just as much care as the body, and that everyone deserves to pursue their happiness and be loved and accepted by the right people. I also keep editing, even after I've edited and published. It sucks editing your own stuff because mistakes keep popping up :( I'm relatively new with story writing, and I'll admit that it kind of sucks starting out, but please read! It's brutal and sad at times, and it will probably trigger some... A lot of... people, but it gets better! Or at least I feel it does.
