A Forgotten Lake

This is from a dream I keep having where I am at a Lake that has been forgotten for many Years, for unknown reasons. The Lake was finally reopened to the public after the state Governor remembered about it, after years of being locked up after an Occurrence that happened on June 15th, 2006.
The current day and time is July 10th, 2016.
On June 15th, 2006, there was a girl who went camping with her boyfriend at Star Lake. She decided one day during her camping trip, to take a quick swim in the lake. Before she jumped in, she noticed 2 people sitting on the floating dock and to her surprise she noticed they had Mermaid/Mermen Tails. She didn't care all that much before jumping in, but when she did one of the people that were on the floating dock jumped into the water as well. The was swimming on her back when her Boyfriend also came into the water and swam up next to his girlfriend. The Two people that were on the dock were gone. While the girl and her boyfriend swam, they were both dragged under, by the Mermaid and Merman. After that they were never found, Police came and left the Lake blocked off.

Something bad always happens on her birthday and that year was the worst so far. On February 20/2020 at exactly 2:20 On the news they had let out the horrible announcement. Scientist's experiments had gone wrong. They call them the "Stone Devils". They were escaping from the labs and into our world. Made of stone and all male. Winged creatures that come into the night. Steal and kill their prey. That's what she heard but she didn't believe it until a few nights ago. (kinda like the movie Warm Bodies)Complete
Grace
The girl, who found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time, experienced a stroke of misfortune. Following this incident, she was drawn into a world completely foreign to her, where she struggled to adapt to her new life. I was face to face with death. I knew it. I hadn't even realized when his hand had grasped mine. Fear overshadowed all my senses. But after what felt like an eternity, I finally felt my wrist. He was gripping it so tightly that blood could no longer flow to my hand. As I lowered my head to look at the hand clutching my wrist, he used his other hand to grab my chin, turning my face toward his. Then, he pressed his lips to mine. I stood frozen for a moment. Then, I let myself go. For a fleeting instant, he seemed to let himself go too. And then, just like that, he was gone. In an instant, he had vanished. The hand gripping my wrist, the lips pressing against mine-gone. And I was left standing there, completely stunned. It felt as though I had forgotten my own name. I started to tremble. My legs gave out beneath me, and I collapsed to the ground. Sitting there, shaking in shock, I finally understood what he was.
Captive of the Sea
Those who were taken... They never came back, dragged beneath the waves never to return. Their haunting screams were a symbol of their horrific deaths. Like shadows they lay in wait, the deep blue waters hiding them from view. With sharp claws they attack, Pointed fangs tearing into skin, Eager mouths devouring human flesh. Cally was taken, dragged under the water by one of the vicious creatures. But she was not devoured nor torn apart by ruthless claws--no. She was a captive. ~•~ Water instantly invades her senses. Her eyes sting, her lungs and nose burning. She thrashes, kicks, claws--anything to get away. Her efforts go to waste as her body slowly starts to shut down, the air in her lungs quickly being replaced by sea water. I've never believed in fairytales, superstitions or fears of fantasy worlds. It's the year 1871, and yet people still believe in such idiotic stories. My job as a stoker on this ship is just so I can get some money to live on, but when the ship goes down and I'm rescued in a submarine, I'm forced to help an ambitious Jenny Playfair, a woman obsessed with finding the lost city of Atlantis. She's crazy, of course, or at least I believe she is, until she shows me evidence that such a city just might exist. Monster Beneath The Surface (Solangelo AU)
Everyone in town knows about the sea monster. Every night, he goes into town to find his prey. He lures them in with his voice, only to bring them back to the ocean, to eat them. Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to! They drowned and he eats them. One evening, a terrible storm erupts. A ship is lost at sea and the humans become food for the merpeople. Adam saved two children from drowning. He takes them to the beach, but he can't leave them. He drinks a magic potion and a painful transformation begins. He passed out of the pain. A few days later he wakes up in a big house by the sea. He has no idea where he is. A man enter the room and speaks calmly to him. He explains that he found him unconscious on the beach. He's grateful that Adam saved his niece and nephew. Adam tells him that he has nowhere to go. Eric lets him stay and he helps him get used to his legs. But every step he takes, feels like walking on knives. Adam is fascinated of the human world. But he miss the sea and his home. He tries everything, but he can't get his tail back. He goes to the beach and a woman approach him. She tells him that he has to kill Eric to get his tail back. But if he kisses him before the last sunset, he will remain human. Adam faces a difficult decision. He has never loved anyone, he doesn't even know what love is.
