Welcome to Sweetchurch, where your sins will find you out.

Some might say that the Reverend Alexander Duchesne drinks too much, but so would you if your office was right next door to a hellmouth. Fortunately for the Reverend, Lucifer pays little attention to health and safety regulations and Hells' emergency exit was blocked up long ago.

Then something rather unfortunate happens. Barney Gatehouse, the local bookshop owner, ups and dies. When Barney's corpse refuses to stay dead Reverend Duchesne is forced to sober up. Fast. To add to his woes the local arts festival has lined up the rock god of Shakespearian theatre for this year's production of Macbeth. Bastien Lynch has more dirty laundry than the entire House of Commons put together, having sold his soul to Lucifer before promptly reneging on the deal. Now, thanks to a rather unfortunate incident with a female police officer on the M4, the Sweetchurch Arts Festival is just about the only gig he can get.

And then there's Bill. Bill Havelock, Barney's sole surviving heir and the brand new owner of Gatehouse Books. If only Bill and Barney bore more of a family resemblance but to the Reverend's surprise Bill turns out not to be an unwashed, overweight middle-aged man. Bill is most definitely a woman. A very attractive woman. With tattoos and a nifty sideline in necromancy.

As Bastien's attempts to dodge the Devil become ever more desperate and murderous it's up to Reverend Duchesne and his eccentric parishioners to put a stop to the chaos before the long arm of the law, in the shape of Detective Sergeant Hugo Doyle, starts asking too many questions.

Will Sweetchurch be returned to normality before they all get arrested, or worse? More importantly will the Reverend get his leg over with Bill and will he be able to prevent Lucifer from blabbing the biggest bit of village gossip in the history of village gossip, the true and very secret identity of the Reverend Alexander Duchesne.

[Book 4 of 14] {Completed} "Dean is alive." They were only three words. Three simple words, but the effect they had on her was anything, but simple. Her voice caught in her throat at just the sound of his name. She inhaled sharply, almost forgetting how to do even that, "What?" "I raised him from perdition and he asked me to bring you to him," He raised two fingers, reaching out to touch her forehead, but she ducked under his hand quickly and spun so her back was to the door to her room and he was standing across from her on the sidewalk. "Perdition, like Hell?" She asked, but continued before he could give an answer. "You saved him? Like, he's alive and walking on the earth, right now?" It was silent for a moment and he looked at her expectantly. "Are you going to let me speak now?" "What are you?" "I'm an Angel of the Lord." He said and Karoline shook her head, letting out a humorless laugh. "Okay..." Her laughter slowly died when he just looked at her confused. "You're being serious." "Why would I joke about this?" He asked, his serious, confused face never changing. She opened her mouth to respond, but no words came out, "You're crazy." He took a small step forward, his eyes narrowed as he assessed her, "They said you had faith, I don't understand." *** Dean's back and so are we with book 4! Angels, Demons, Heaven, and Hell, book four has got it all! 4 months. 4 months since Dean died. 4 months since Sam fled with Ruby. 4 months since the girls have seen any Winchesters. Mix that with being the only ones standing in between Lucifer's revival, this season is going to be Hell. Literally. How is Dean alive? Who is this blue eyed man claiming to be an Angel of the Lord? And can they stop Lilith from breaking the 66 seals before it's too late? This is season four, and things just got a Hell of a lot more complicated.
