"Why did you reversed the spell you set on me when I asked you to when last year you refused to do the same for Dumbledore?"

Artemis froze in her tracks, leaving Remus to walk a few steps alone before stopping to look back at her. Only then did she seemed to realize what she had actually done. She had reversed a spell for Remus Lupin, something she had never done before, not even for the headmaster.

Artemis couldn't find out the reason behind her actions so she simply shrugged as if it wasn't a big deal "You seemed pretty torn up"

But Remus wasn't convinced. He knew there was a reason why she had reversed the spell for him, there had to be. He refused to listen to James' cries of how she had a crush on him - Artemis Everest was the brightest and alluring witch within Hogwarts and he doubted she could ever fall for him. So he walked with her to their next class, making his mission to find out why she had reversed the spell.

When she enters her fifth year at Hogwarts, the last thing she expects is to be constantly being put in positions in which she would have to be in the company of her ex best friend, Regulus Black. Everyone knew that Regulus Black was the darkness that made people like Rose shine so bright. However, as truths and lies slowly unravel, Rose can't help but slowly fall for the Slytherin. And maybe, he couldn't help falling for her too.
