Ari has always been shy and self-conscious. Growing up with siblings who are the best of everything and parents who ignore her existence and fuss over her siblings, hasn't been easy but Ari has survived.
In a world when you're thirteen, you go through a simulation where everyone plays a character, making tough decisions which controls your future. Ari doesn't expect to get a major part in whatever book, movie or TV show is chosen. Her best friend, Ashley will get the lead and Ari will be pushed into the background as always.
