In this short story, Faye Greenberg of Boston has two best friends: Lia Kuddson and Kyle Hikef. When Lia wins a trip to California, she invites Faye and Kyle. (along with Lia's mom) But when Faye's protective mom doesn't let her go, she may have just saved Faye's life. This story is based on the real 9/11 attacks. I have never expressed hatred towards Muslims and I won't start now.
