After a tragic event, Rosabelle Winters enters a new highschool where she finds herself amidst the rivalry of the two school gangs, whose leaders have a bitter hatred towards each other. All too soon she realises she must help them before it's too late. Undergoing a plan like no other Rose strives to save those with  broken hearts. 
With pranks, parties, fairgrounds and fights, Rose sets out to accomplish what she must do; fix their broken friendships. And somehow fix herself too. Can she help them? But will she fall for one of them? Will she be able to pull it off without getting caught? Can she see that They're Not That Bad?
