It's the year 2019 in Zone 5, the true Killjoys- Party Poison, Fun Ghoul, Kobra Kid and Jet Star- have been murdered and there have been no transmissions. The Dracs are after every last Killjoy.
Just when all hope is lost Lily Pop, Cherry Bomb and Le Bandit surface behind the walls of Battery City- they put the call out and all hell is set loose as Killjoys from all Districts respond and attack.
