Over two years prior was the zombie outbreak, and the end of his friend and love, Jon. Although the human race is beginning to see victory, the zombie infection is still rampant, despite having a cure. Everything that's happened has left Nathan Tenner scarred, literally and figuratively.
Ty's still shocked about Jon. Clary has long since moved on from the "Zombie Kill Squad." And as for Nathan, well, not even he knows anymore. Two years ago we watched these four average teenagers grow into young adults, and now they will continue their journey into adulthood and survival.
But the question is, can they even continue to survive before reaching a breaking point?
