Monsters have emerged from the underground and have been reintroduced to the world of humans all thanks to one brave little human. Everyone should finally be at peace and rejoicing over their newfound freedom, but one monster remains to set his worries to rest. Sans, fully aware of the unstable timeline, is still fraught with anxiety and feelings of existential futility. Events transpire, and he awakes one day feeling very much unlike himself. Bitterness, anger, and helplessness fraughts his core to the point where he is willing to do things he wouldn't have the guts to do before. Without the power to reset the timeline anymore, will the human who saved the world of monsters before be able to save it again?
