Great reform had taken place when all the female werewolves had been eliminated by a mysterious plague. Hopeless and uncertain of how to continue their population, human mates were taken.

It seemed that female wolves were never going to be born again, however, it changed. Everything changed. Most say it was the Moon Goddess's enemies who caused the plague to taint the population, others say she will bless them again.

So she did.

A white wolf and an elemental user. 

The Moon Goddess, especially blessed those who she belonged to.
