Tattoos are pretty permanent. Often times, they determine your future. Especially in this universe, where an appearing tattoo helps you find your soulmate.

Nettie and Isaac were the unlikely of couples. Yes, they had the cliche. Fuckboy jock born with a silver spoon and Quiet studious girl who had to work her way to success. Isaac hated Nettie just as much as Nettie hated Isaac. But of course, that wouldn't stop their tattoos from forcing them to fall in love. And spoiler alert, they sure do fall in love.
