"So, this is the story of how I, the greatest person in the world survives the apocalypse. Or at least tries to (who knows maybe I die at the end of the book?).

Anyway, join me on some crazy adventures across the end of the world! In a short summary there's a lot of pew pew's (guns of course), whispering, and surviving! I meet some people too! (You know for a fact some of them are going to die. It is the apocalypse, dummy.)

And maybe, just maybe...we save the world! Jk that doesn't happen."

(Excerpt)
"The infected" are something we knew before the apocalypse even officially started. When NASA was trying to find out a way to change the trajectory of the meteor they extracted samples from it. Later, they soon discovered how it would react with humans and holy mother did they create pandemonium. The information leaked three days before the big boom and truly, I would call that day the beginning of the apocalypse. Everyone lost their shit before it even began. I remember one story about a guy injecting himself and his family with bleach thinking it would make them immune. It did work actually. Because, they died before the parasite-rock hit earth.

A/N: idk if this should be in humor but idk where to put this weird book :)!

[COMPLETED] •Being revised... AGAIN (Progress: Intro-Chap. 3)• "We're going back... Understand? There are more threats out here than we anticipated, and they're all after you-" Lukas' voice erupted into static and chunks... I glared at the man in all black as the light continued to beam and blind me. Without my glasses it was actually painful. And then there was silence. My bare feet hit the metal floor of wherever we had jumped to, and I put my hand up to shield my eyes from the vicious attack of bright light. Not again." Alexi Callidus is living in a post-apocalyptic world... In the 25th Century. The year is 2470. She's been surviving on her own for 4 years and 8 months inside the same building with her only companion without seeing the sun. 5 years after the brutal unexplained murder of her family. 7 years after the genetic disaster of "GASP". 7 years and 4 months after the War of Nations. Everything seems to be barren and empty... But if her super old sci-fi movies didn't teach her that looks deceive, nothing will. Technology, before "GASP" (Genetically Altered Soldiers Program) and the War of Nations, was insane. You could be teleported in the blink of an eye, or healed from a once fatal injury in days. With the majority of the population infected with a viral genetic plague, almost any of the survivors could access this technology... Including Alexi. When a simple quest for survival turns into a journey of a lifetime, will Alexi be able to survive the weight of the gruesome truth when she finally uncovers it? Will our heroine be able to fade into the background and live a quiet life of cunning? Or burst into flames in a sudden blaze of tragedy? -Callidus Rising- •This book's sequel is in progress (Curing Revolution) Highest Ranks: •#1 "secretsocieties" •#1 "armageddon" •#2 "famine" •#2 "plague" •#3 "explorer" •#4 "genetic-engineering" •#5 "artificial intelligence" Com
The Virus Within (Original rough draft) by CrystalScherer
144 parts Complete
Back by popular request! The 2017 rough draft of The Virus Within! (Caution: Contains massive plotholes that were fixed in the polished The Virus Within Series. Grammar issues are present, particularly missing commas.) What do you do when you are one of the infected? The virus in my blood is trying to steal my humanity. It alters my very thoughts and reactions. It taunts me by tempting me with desires that it planted in my brain. These bloodthirsty desires would lead to my demise if I ever gave in. I have more in common with the zombies than with humans at this point. Even the fallen zombies accept me as one of their own. Blood is required to retain my grip on sanity, but the sweet-smelling blood from humans is a short path to madness. Human blood is to be avoided at all costs. Humankind around the world was driven close to extinction by the sudden appearance of the zombies, yet small groups of survivors constantly manage to appear and put my control to the test. -------------------------- This is a standalone zombie book. It has nothing to do with A Different Virus. I wanted to try a book with an easily irritated main character and a nutcase secondary character. This book has a slightly darker outlook at the beginning than my usual stories, but it has some humor further along. Definitely not a horror story, although it has its share of action. 4 updates a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday! Copyright April 2017. All Rights Reserved. Mankind devoured - BOOK 1 by LoganDavies9
21 parts Complete Mature
Hello, Logan here. It is 2021, and this is the first book that I ever wrote. It's shit. I'm publishing it back on Wattpad again so my friend can read it. It is unedited and as I left it in 2017. I am currently published with three books out, and this is so funny to look back on. Enjoy reading my shittest work to date. Lots and lots of love, Logan Beadnell-Davies The overarching theme for this first book is a theme of rage and hatred. In the words of a great philosopher; there is no limit to the gruesome and grotesque things we are willing to do in the name of survival. While reading this; Remember that not everything is as it seems. Remember that loved characters will die. Remember that the world will gradually get worse as the parts go on. Take a moment to ask yourselves these questions: What would you do in the name of survival? Would you steal to survive? Would you kill to survive? Would you lose your mind to survive? If you lost your mind, do you think you'd kill more, steal, injure, backstab, rape or any other atrocity you can think of? If you can think of it, then maybe you would. The characters and situations in this book are very real, if gore or horrific mental images scare you, then I wouldn't recommend reading far. DESCRIPTION: The Infection claimed the lives of over 3 billion people before the TV's went off. But it would claim many more. The problem didn't arise when those people got up and started walking again, or even when they started eating and infecting others, it began when people got desperate. In this new world, the true evil that humans are capable of gradually becomes more apparent, and a part of everyday life. Normality doesn't exist, people don't help other people. Friends aren't a thing anymore. All anyone truly has is themselves, and the burdens they carry.
A Different Virus - Laura's Story by CrystalScherer
153 parts Complete
This is a second view point from my original story - A Different Virus - Heartfire. I highly advise reading the original book first. Intro: Laura was a happy child without a care in the world. She loved her parents and life was perfect. Nothing seemed like it could go wrong. People started talking about a bad flu that was spreading and sending some into a coma. Her parents grew worried and stocked the house in case of a pandemic. Months later another virus appeared. Her family was shocked when the news people started reporting that zombies were actually real and not just part of a horror movie. They were appearing in every country. Her parents reassured her that none of the zombie sightings had been anywhere close to them. Her life is turned upside down when her father ends up in hospital with the bad flu and mother exiles her upstairs for her safety. She was never allowed downstairs again. Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent? Is this fleeting shadow something that can help her or could this mysterious figure be even more dangerous than the zombies themselves? ---------------------- Ranked #1 Apr 10, 2018 (A huge thank you to all who read and voted!) This story is copyright and built from my own imagination. This book was a special request from someone who helped me a lot. This viewpoint has less action than the original. The cover was made by @All_AboutAssymetry. A huge thanks to her! Copyright September 2016. All Rights Reserved. Readers may not copy, alter, or steal this story. Cursed Souls Blood, Brains & Rock'n'roll by D_Marchuk

This book doesn't contain any politics, religion or social topics. But thanks to this book, you can learn one little known fact - some zombies are good at making tea. It is unlikely that this information will have any impact on your life, but no one is forcing you to memorize it. Also in this book there is a Vampire, a Werewolf, the Order of the Unholy Hunters, explosions, one wide-boned man, "nuns" armed with firearms, a couple plot twists, and one very cocky Cashier in a store. And some blood. Well, yeah, it's kind of like a book. I just don't know what to do with it. So I decided to try my luck on the global web, because in my country not many people read books. So please don't get mad at me for "All your base are belong to us". English grammar is not my best skill, but according to my friends, I can tell some weird and, in a certain way, interesting stories. More specifically, one of my friends said "Great book!", another said "Not bad", and a third promised me to read it in the not-too-distant future. And in the end we have a verdict of "Not too bad". I'll be honest - I just want a gold-plated bar next to my pool in the form of a shark tank, that's all (well, maybe a pool would be nice to have first). But anyway, I'd love to hear your opinions. I'll translate as fast as I can (remember I have a job and can only translate in my free time). So if you already hate me for this amount of words, you're probably not alone. Thank you and I hope you enjoy this book. Or it will disappear into the digital graveyard (or the trash can).

HELP! I ACCIDENTALLY SURVIVED THE APOCALYPSE

7 parts Ongoing

I got scammed by a gachapon machine and bought a confetti gun thirty minutes before the zombie apocalypse started. This would be bad enough, except I'm wearing short shorts, I have wet paper towel arms, and I've already apologized to two zombies I killed. Twice. Somehow I got adopted by the most terrifying college students on campus: an explosives enthusiast with a shotgun, a biology major with a fire axe, a parkour girl with dual swords, a philosophy major who won't explain her coffee hoarding, and a girl who might exist outside of normal space-time. Also my professor is grading me on survival. I'm very bad at this. But apparently I'm good at accidentally not dying? Join Bonnie as he cries his way through the apocalypse, maintains his modesty in inappropriate situations, and somehow becomes the world's most reluctant survivor.
