Allie and Elena are twin sisters. They were born and a hour later taken to a foster home. Their parents had both been killed by the Head of the Phsycic Vampires, and he had taken both of their parents powers. You see, the parents were both a part of a powerful circle of witches: Ironically the circle was called the Circle. Allie started dating a werewolf who knew what she was, so she was trained to be a witch. Elena wasn't so lucky her boyfriend was a warlock but never told her she was a witch. Why didn't he tell her? What will happen in this not so normal book? You'll have to read it to find out!
