Five years after Midna goes back to rue her own world, Link lives peacefully in Ordon Village with those he loves. Not a second goes by he doesn't miss Midna. Now, Zelda is queen of all of Hyrule, and such strange things have been happening over the land that she calls upon Link to lead her army into the coming war. They know thins are definitely going haywire when Midna shows up, hiding from her enemies in Zelda's shadow. Will Link be able to save the land--and the women--he loves?

As he chases after them, Link comes face-to-face with an unnatural black wall stretching across the forest. The next thing he knows, he's in a dungeon, and he's . . . a wolf? Rescued by an imp named Midna, and told of his fate by Zelda, Princess of Hyrule, he is thrust into an adventure against a dark force unlike any that Hyrule has ever seen. He will face countless obstacles and nameless evils, but he knows he has to try. Even still, a lingering doubt gnaws at him even as the dangers of power rear their ugly heads. How can light prevail when the shadows themselves are alive? This is a novelization of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I have taken a few creative liberties in the process of novelization to try and ensure the story flows well and makes sense.
