In the midst of another threat of war with another species, a starfleet ship was attacked and destroyed with few survivors. One of those survivors happens to be Cassandra; Spock's sister. Reassigned to the Enterprise, Cassie learns her duties as Scotty's assistant, just as Chekov has shadowed him. In the tense time of war, will Chekov And Cassie have time to be anything more than friends? Or will duties (and a big brother) push them away?
